Fire crews were called to a house fire on the 1300 block of Garnet Street on Friday morning.
The blaze broke out around 5:30 a.m.
No one was injured as a result of the fire, but the house was damaged extensively.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
Crews were called to the same house back on Aug. 11 for a fire after neighbours reported seeing smoke coming from a second story window.
It took firefighters several hours to extinguish the blaze.
Neighbours told CTV News after the first fire that the house is vacant.
