A 31-year-old man has been charged after an alleged indecent act in Regina’s Wascana Park.
Police say they were called to a report of a man who was masturbating in the park Tuesday morning.
Officers arrested a suspect after witnesses said they saw the man leave the area on a bicycle.
Trevor Robert Kalbfleisch has been charged with committing an indecent act. He's been released on an undertaking with conditions, including that he stay away from Wascana Park. His first court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 4.
