A 57-year-old man is dead after a farming accident near Fort Qu’Appelle Thursday morning.
RCMP were called to a private farm in the RM of North Qu’Appelle around 10 a.m. Two men were operating two separate tractors in an effort to move a combine that was stuck in a field when one of the men became trapped underneath a tractor.
Paramedics were unable to revive him.
Investigators do not believe the death is suspicious, RCMP said. No other injuries were reported.
The name of the deceased has yet to be released.
The RM of North Qu’Appelle is located roughly 60 kilometres northeast of Regina.
