Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall took to Twitter over the weekend to support Keystone XL following news the U.S. government will further delay its decision on the pipeline.
Wall says in one tweet that without the pipeline, there will be more oil shipped by rail.
He says will mean fewer rail cars for grain and potash.
Wall says in another tweet that in 2013, more crude spilled in railway incidents than in the previous 37 years combined.
