Firefighters have responded to another roof collapse in Regina.
Crews were called to Absolute Cash pawn shop in the 2900 block of Dewdney Avenue on Monday morning.
Deputy fire chief Gerard Kay tweeted that a technical rescue team was entering the building to confirm that no one was inside.
A heavy snowpack on the roof is suspected to have caused the collapse, which is the latest in a recent series of such incidents.
