The Willow on Wascana was heaven for mustard lovers Sunday.

The sixth annual Mustard Festival offered visitors an opportunity to taste a local product.

“We wanted to do something that highlights Saskatcehwan, and mustard seems to be the most logical thing to do,” said Malcom Craig, festival co-organizer.

Low in fat and calories, mustard is a healthy and flavourful option for cooking.

Twenty booths were set up for samples of the mustard-centric foods for more than 500 people who attended the festival. The majority of the booths were for Regina restaurants, though several out of town vendors made the trip.
