Northbound traffic was delayed on Regina's Ring Road after a dump truck caught fire near the Victoria Avenue East exit ramp Thursday morning.
The three-ton truck was heading to the landfill with a load of building materials when a fire broke out in the box of the vehicle just before 8:30 a.m.
Officials say the driver tried to unload the truck, but the vehicle caught fire. Crews quickly extinguished the flames.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is not known.
