RCMP are investigating after two people were found dead at a home in Canora.
The bodies of a 51-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man were discovered inside a home on the 100 block of White Sand Drive on Tuesday afternoon.
“The deceased were located by an individual doing a well-fare check after a period of time without contact,” RCMP said in a news release.
Mounties say the deceased were known to each other. An autopsy is scheduled to take place in Saskatoon on Friday.
Police are continuing to investigate, along with the Office of the Chief Coroner. RCMP say there is no risk to public safety and they are not seeking any suspects.
Canora is located about 50 kilometres north of Yorkton.
