Apple aficionados lined up by the dozen to be among the first inside the new iWorld Connect store at Regina’s Cornwall Centre.
To mark the grand opening of the store Friday, iWorld was handing out $25 gift cards and T-shirts to a limited number of fans who lined up early.
The Apple reseller was also offering a 10 per cent discount on all Mac computers.
The opening of the new store comes as Apple’s iconic iPhone celebrated its fifth anniversary Friday.
