Byelection called for Regina Northeast

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe has called a byelection to fill a vacant seat in Regina Northeast.

The vote will happen September 12.

“I expect a strongly contested byelection and look forward to the campaign,” Moe said.

Saskatchewan Party MLA Kevin Doherty resigned from the seat in March.
