The Hospitals of Regina Foundation has unveiled the $1.1 million grand prize home in its 2018 fall lottery.

The 4,000 square foot home is located in the Creeks.

“This lottery will have a tremendous impact on our community,” Dino Sophocleous, president and CEO, Hospitals of Regina Foundation, said in a news release. “Many patients require imaging as part of their diagnosis and treatment. Proceeds will support local therapeutic and diagnostic imaging technology in Regina’s hospitals, helping many patients to receive timely care, allowing them to return home and live better lives sooner.”

The home was built by Dakine Home Builders and features a solid oak timber staircase, a wet room in the master ensuite and a wet bar.

There is also an early bird prize of a $675,000 cottage on Katepwa Lake. Tickets can also be purchased for a 50/50 add-on.

Tickets are on sale now by calling 1-800-667-7760 or visiting hrfhomelottery.com.
