There was a heavy police presence in North Central Regina as officers executed a high-risk search warrant.
Police, including a SWAT team and crisis negotiators, were deployed to the 1200 block of Angus Street late Tuesday morning.
Officers set up a perimeter around the scene and people were asked to stay away from the area until police announced that the situation had been safely resolved just after 1 p.m.
Multiple people were seen being taken away in handcuffs by police.
Police say they expect to release more details about charges as the investigation unfolds.
