Power has now been restored in Regina after a number of outages Monday morning disrupted traffic.
Just before 7:00 a.m. SaskPower started tweeting about power outages in neighbourhoods in south and central Regina.
An hour later, power was restored to Broders Annex, Douglas Park, Gladmer Park, and Arnheim Place. SaskPower says a breaker at a substation is the cause of the outages in these areas.
Shortly before 9:30, SaskPower Tweeted that power had been restored to Lakeview, the Crescents, Cathedral River Heights, and Harbour Landing.
During the outage, residents and SaskPower both took to Twitter to communicate.
