At approximately 8:30 PM on Dec. 21, a 33-year-old prisoner escaped from Riverbend Institution in Prince Albert.

The man, Sheldon Durocher, is described as aboriginal, 6’1” tall, 275 lb., with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on the left side of his neck.

It is unknown which direction Durocher is traveling. RCMP believe he may be heading to Meadow Lake, because he is originally from that area.
