'Promise made, promise kept': Rider jersey awaits Garth Brooks

Premier Scott Moe is making good on a promise, to have a Saskatchewan Roughriders jersey made for Garth Brooks.

The country music superstar will perform in the Queen City on August 10, for a sold out crowd at Mosaic Stadium.
