A Regina man is wanted by police in Calgary.

Police issued a warrant for the arrest of 33-year-old Dennis Ricardo McNabb. He’s wanted for uttering threats, assault with a weapon, and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.

At approximately 11:00 p.m. on Saturday April 27, 2013, a man was taking the CTrain from City Hall to Saddletowne when he was confronted McNabb, who was armed with a screwdriver. McNabb allegedly sat down on the bench next to the victim, and stabbed the screwdriver though the seat separating the two men.

Police said McNabb stood up and continued to berate the man before moving away from him when they pulled up to Malborough station.

Thanks to another passenger on the train using her cellphone to record the encounter, police were able to circulate photos and identify the suspect as McNabb.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police of Crime Stoppers.
