Day two of the trial of Kim Madsen, accused in a brutal assault that left Dennis Peepeetch paralyzed is underway in Yorkton.
The assault happened at a bar in Yorkton in Oct. 2015.
On the first day of the trial, Peepeetch took the stand via video, saying he was afraid to face his alleged attacker. He testified that he will be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, requiring constant care.
