Football fans were feeling the heat on Saturday after waiting in long lineups for water at the Rider game.

Fans took to social media, saying there were long lines for water and that people in the stands were suffering from heat exhaustion. Mary Deane posted there were around 75 people waiting in line to fill their water bottles at filling stations.

Regina is currently under a heat warning. Environment Canada says temperatures are reaching 32 C or above during the day.

The City of Regina could not be reached for comment on Sunday morning.
