Even though the number of houses sold in the past few months has dropped, house prices keep rising.

The Regina Association of Realtors says July shows the first time since March that less than 400 houses were sold.

386 homes went to new owners in July, but prices climbed to an average of nearly $314,000 within the city.

However, the market doesn’t appear to be slowing down at all. For the fifth month in a row, realtors sold more than $100 million in property.
