Occupational Health and Safety is investigating after a death on an oil site on Monday.
The death happened at a site in southeastern Saskatchewan.
The work site is owned by Spartan Energy. Spartan says the site is contracted and operated by Panther Drilling.
This is the third serious workplace accident in Saskatchewan in less than two weeks.
