A Moose Jaw man is dead after he was struck by a vehicle on a busy highway near Weyburn over the weekend.
RCMP say they responded to a report of a man walking in the southbound lane of Highway 39, about five kilometres northwest of Weyburn, on Sunday night.
When Mounties arrived at the scene and activated their emergency lights, one of the officers saw an oncoming car hit the man.
The man was declared dead at the scene. He has been identified as 34-year-old David Colvin from Moose Jaw.
No charges are expected in the crash, which remains under investigation.
