Free shuttle rides for voters in North Central saw a slow start on Wednesday. According to some drivers, shuttle riders totaled in the single digits as of 11:30 a.m.
The city implemented the shuttle service earlier this month after some North Central residents complained that their designated polling station in Eastview is a 45 minute walk away.
Transit buses will be running from five stops in the ward until 7:30 p.m. tonight to take voters to the polling station in Eastview.
