Temperatures dipped well below zero Friday as Regina continued to dig out out after another hefty dumping of snow.

Residents woke up to freezing fog and temperatures below -20C on Friday morning.

Another nine centimetres of snow fell in the city Thursday, making for slippery driving conditions.

Regina police say 19 collisions had been reported since yesterday morning.

Crews are still out plowing and sanding city streets. Motorists are being advised to drive with caution and allow extra time to get to their destination.
