A Regina high school student has been charged after he allegedly made remarks that police say were viewed as "concerning."
It’s alleged that 18-year-old Connor Hemingway made comments at school and on social media that police are describing as “an expression of violence.”
Investigators determined Hemingway had not formulated any plan and had no weapons.
Still, police say there was enough evidence to charge the teen with one count of uttering threats.
