Police are searching for two men after a restaurant on the 300 block of Albert Street was robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning.

Officers were called to the business just before 2:00 a.m. Employees reported that two men came in and demanded money from an employee. One was carrying a gun, the other had bear spray.

One of the men hit one of the employees in the face. The pair then sprayed the bear spray into the air as they escaped with some cash.

It is not known whether or not they fled on foot or in a vehicle.

Both suspects are described as between 5’9” and 5’10”, weighing about 150 pounds and wearing dark clothing.

There was another robbery the same night on the 400 block of Albert Street North, but police do not believe the two events are related.
