A child under the age of 12 was approached by a man in the town of Balcarres, Sask. The man was driving a white truck when he approached the child Thursday evening and asked her if she wanted a ride. The child said no and screamed for help from her family.
The family reported the incident Friday morning.
The man who approached the child is described as having darker coloured skin, a skinny face and a ponytail. A sketch of the suspect was released by RCMP Friday evening.
His vehicle is described as a dirty, white two-door truck. No make or model is available at this time.
The RCMP is conducting an investigation by the Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
