On Saturday night a SUV, driven by a 17-year-old girl, was struck by another vehicle when she was driving through an intersection. The SUV rolled onto its side and the girl suffered minor injuries. The other driver did not stop at the scene of the crash.

The collision happened at approximately 11:15 p.m. at the intersection of 4th Avenue North East and Herbert Street East in Swift Current. Since then, police have located the second driver and their car.

At this time no one has been arrested or charged. The RCMP are investigating the incident and questioning persons of interest.
