A fire gutted a house on Rae Street in Regina early Tuesday morning.
Officials say three people were in the home at the time, but everyone managed to get out safely.
A neighbouring home also suffered damage in the fire. The cause is under investigation.
According to neighbours, the house has been targeted by vandals in the past.
