A travel advisory that was issued due to snow and ice on the Trans-Canada Highway west of Regina has been lifted.
According to the provincial Highway Hotline, travel was not recommended from Tompkins, west of Swift Current, to Belle Plaine, east of Moose Jaw until about 1 p.m. Sunday.
RCMP say three semis lost control and collided with each other on Highway 1 about eight kilometres west of Parkbeg on Saturday afternoon.
There was no word on injuries.
Yesterday, Regina police confirmed there had been 22 weather-related accidents, three of them resulting in injuries, since the snow started falling on Friday.
