Investigators are trying to determine what sparked a vehicle fire that spread to a Regina business.
Fire crews were called to Kinderlsey Transport in the 1600 block of Elliott Street on Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say a cube van caught fire while it was backed up to a loading dock, and the flames quickly spread to the building.
The driver of the truck suffered minor smoke inhalation while he was trying to extinguish the fire.
