Police have upgraded charges against a man accused in the death of a Regina man over the Labour Day weekend.
Fergus Standingready, 40, now faces second-degree murder charges in the death of 43-year-old Seydou Camara.
The upgraded charges come after an autopsy was conducted.
Standingready was previously charged with aggravated assault in the death.
Camara was found dead in the backyard of a home in the 1600 block Toronto Street on Sunday.
Standingready is set to appear in court this afternoon.
