Terri Fidelak will be working away at polishing 100 blocks of Tyndall stone for the next two weeks.

Fidelak is the Saskatchewan Legislative building's current artist in residence.

Once the blocks are polished, they will be inscribed with messages and Fidelak will personally hide them all over the province.

The idea is that the lucky few who find the stones will have received a gift to the future; Fidelak's representation of Saskatchewan's dreams for the future.

The engraved message will also invite people to return the stone back to the Legislature - a process which will likely take decades to fully complete.

The Legislature's Artist-In-Residence program was created to celebrate it's 100 year history.
