Three more people have been charged after a marijuana dispensary in Regina was raided for a third time.

Police raided the CannaGreen dispensary on the 2100 block of Albert Street on Friday after receiving reports that the shop was open for business after being raided by police last month.

A large quantity of marijuana and cash was seized from the shop.

Gerald Dominic Desjarlais, 50, Vincent Regan John Sayer, 38, and Dyllan Joeseph Jacob Williamson, 26 have been charged with possession of cannabis marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceed of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

The three men will appear in a Regina court room on Monday.

The dispensary has been raided two times previously; on August 24 police executed a warrant at the shop and seized similar items. Three other people were charged in connection with that raid.

The first raid was on March 28, when police raided six Regina dispensaries. No charges were laid in that raid.
