The Regina Police Service is asking for the public’s help finding a 28-year-old woman who is the subject of a province-wide warrant.
Jessica Dawn Pangman is described as an Indigenous woman, 5’4” tall and approximately 160-pounds. Police say she has a medium build with long, straight, brown hair and brown eyes. She usually wears glasses and has a piercing on each ear and a nose piercing. She also has a heart tattoo with the word “JESSICA” on her right ankle, stylized cursive initials on her upper right arm and the Japanese symbol for love on her upper left arm.
Police say she is wanted for two counts of breach of undertaking. Pangman is also facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Ryan Sugar in October 2016.
