Regina's unemployment rate was the lowest among Canada's major cities in February.
Statistics Canada says the city's unemployment rate remained flat at 4.4 per cent during the month.
Saskatchewan's five per cent unemployment rate was also unchanged from January.
The province's economy lost 400 jobs last month.
