RCMP have lifted an Amber Alert for a 14-year-old girl from the Maple Creek area.
Police say the family of a 16-year-old male suspected of abducting her brought the girl into the Swift Current RCMP detachment.
The alert was issued Thursday morning at the request of Maple Creek RCMP
Initially it was believed the two may have been travelling in a 1995 Ford Escort. However, RCMP seized the suspect vehicle in the Maple Creek area Thursday afternoon.
