Construction is causing headaches for motorists on the Ring Road in Regina.
Crews are doing maintenance work on the CN Rail line and the city is repaving sections of the road. Traffic from the city’s north end is being detoured onto Winnipeg Street and then onto Ross Avenue.
Vehicles travelling from the south can still use Ring Road. However, some motorists may run into temporary road closures as heavy equipment makes its way to the construction site.
The detour is expected to remain in effect for the next five days.
