A Moose Jaw man is facing impaired and dangerous driving charges in connection with a highway rollover that killed three people in September.

Police say 22-year-old Jesse David Taylor was arrested Thursday. He faces several charges, including three counts each of impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.

The charges were laid in connection with a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 2, about 40 kilometres south of Moose Jaw, on Sept. 15.

The crash claimed the lives of Moose Jaw residents Jason Friesen and Joshua Patterson, and Justin Kowalski of Mossbank, all 24. A fourth person remains in hospital with what police say are long-term injuries.

Taylor made his first appearance in a Moose Jaw courtroom Thursday. He is scheduled to return to court on Feb. 5.
