The incident related to the animal cruelty charge, where a kitten suffered burns after being lit on fire at a campsite caused a stir on social media over the weekend.

The vet who treated the kitten released a statement on Sunday saying that the kitten, now named Jamboree, is doing well.

Craven also posted an update on their Facebook page saying that they will be discussing payment options with the vet clinic after the show wraps up, and that one of the senior staff members is interested in adopting the kitten.

A man and an underage boy have both been charged with causing distress to an animal in connection with the case.
