A 20-year-old man accused in a fatal hit-and-run in Regina has been ordered to undergo a mental health assessment.
Austin Terry faces a charge of failing to stop at the scene of an accident involving bodily harm or death.
Terry was charged after 65-year-old David Phillips of Regina was struck and killed at the intersection of Saskatchewan Drive and Halifax Street last Wednesday.
Terry is scheduled to return to court next week.
