Regina police have released the name of the city’s seventh homicide victim of the year.
Police say they found the body of 21-year-old Kelly Nicole Goforth in an alley near the 1700 block of McAra Street on Wednesday night.
Officers discovered the woman's body after responding to a report of a sick or injured person.
