RCMP say speed and icy conditions are believed to have been factors in a fatal vehicle rollover northeast of Saskatoon.
Mounties say it appears a pickup truck was trying to pass another vehicle when it lost control and rolled into the ditch Friday morning near Cudworth.
The driver of the pickup, a 56-year-old Cudworth man, died at the scene. His name hasn’t been released.
A female passenger in the truck was taken to hospital in Saskatoon. Her condition isn’t known.
