A 21-year-old man is in critical condition in a Regina hospital after he was struck by a vehicle on Albert Street.
Police say the man was riding a bicycle when he was hit by the vehicle at the intersection of Albert Street and Seventh Avenue shortly before 5 p.m. Thursday.
Traffic was expected to be restricted in the area for several hours while police investigate.
