An inquest will be held into the death of a teenager who fell from a catwalk at Regina’s Conexus Arts Centre in January.
The Office of the Chief Coroner of Saskatchewan has confirmed it will hold an inquest into the death of 17-year-old Jade Lynn Slaferek from Qu’Appelle.
Slaferek was attending an event at the centre when she climbed onto a catwalk above the main stage and fell several feet to her death.
No dates have been set for the inquest.
