A man is facing charges after he allegedly pointed a replica military handgun at another man in Moose Jaw.
The alleged incident happened in the 700 block of Eighth Avenue Northwest around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers responded to a report of a man pointing a firearm at another man. Police say the weapon was actually an air pistol replica of a .45-cal. military police handgun.
No one was hurt and police arrested a man without incident.
Devon Angus has been charged with pointing a firearm and assault with a weapon. He was expected to be released from custody on conditions until he appears in court in late October.
