A Regina man has pleaded guilty to arson and obstruction of justice in connection with a homicide investigation earlier this year.

Thirty-nine-year-old Brian Terrance Gordon entered a guilty plea on Wednesday.

Gordon's charges relate to the homicide investigation into the death of 53-year-old Ray Yacevich in March.

Gordon and his brother, Lawrence James Gordon, were accused of setting fire to a Wascana Street house in an attempt to destroy evidence.

Brian Gordon is scheduled to be sentenced June 11.
