One person was airlifted to hospital after a collision on Highway 46 near Pilot Butte late Thursday afternoon.
Traffic was backed up on the highway after a semi rear-ended a van, pushing it into a grain truck.
STARS air ambulance transported one person to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
