A youth detention centre in Regina has been evacuated amid flooding concerns.
Twenty-nine youth are being transferred from the Paul Dojack Youth Centre to other facilities in the province, a Saskatchewan government spokesperson said Monday.
The evacuation was ordered as the rising creek near the facility threatens a bridge leading into the site.
Water has seeped into two vacant units at the facility, and three others are at risk of flooding.
