Police have charged two boys after a break-and-enter at the old Mosaic Stadium.

Police were called to the stadium just after midnight on Friday morning. When they arrived, they found that staff had already detained one boy for allegedly breaking into the stadium.

Staff also told police that there was likely a second person still in the building.

Police searched the stadium, and arrested a second teenage boy.

Investigators believe that the boys, aged 13 and 14, stole keys to the stadium during a break-in earlier in the night at another location.

The boys are now facing a number of break-and-enter related charges.

The teens cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
