Regina police are seeking two suspects after a man was assaulted and robbed early Friday morning.

Officers responded to a report of an assault on the 1300 block of Robinson Street shortly after 6:30 a.m.

The victim told police he was robbed by two men while he was walking to a nearby store. The men were last seen heading north in an alley west of Seventh Avenue and Robinson Street.

The first suspect is described as an Aboriginal man, five-foot-eleven with a thin build, and short hair. He was wearing a black shirt with a sports team logo and blue jeans with a knife in his waistband.

The second suspect is also an Aboriginal man, five-foot-eleven with a heavy build and short hair. He was wearing a jacket and baggy blue jeans.
